Now, for the first time Leonard Cramp has decided to reveal to both laymen and specialists, some incredible technological secret information - albeit of necessity not shown definitively developed here - but of no less significance to illustrate the inertial bias which exists in the ranks of officialdom and venture capitalists today. ln order to take on this arduous task much searching and rescuing of old material has been involved, as well as recourse to using old, less than perfect film footage, for which the producer begs the viewer's indulgence.

Moreover it is hoped that any lack of professionalism in these video tapes, is to some compensated by their content.

The Videos that are available on this website are an exclusive view of the work of Leonard Cramp that has never been seen before. Due to his age he has decided to release the information in the hope that somebody younger will carry on where he has left off in his vision of every mans flying car and with his revolutionary propultion theorys. Even though Cramp made his name in the flying saucer and ufo fields most of his work has been with more conventional aircraft including hovercraft and space rockets. And these videos contain material that will be of interest to a broad range of viewers.

In 1956 Dr Morley, Leading scientist at the UK Farnborough Aerospace Establishment, offored Leonard a senior position in his Forward Projects team ruefully adding.

"sometimes we cant see the wood for the trees"

In 1978 commenting on the Hoverplane and Skimmer concept, proffessor Desty chief scientist at BPs R&D establishment UK said

"Cramps ideas reflect a remarkable degree of forsight and natural talent"

In 1982 Professor Lilley, head of the aerodynamics facillity at Southampton University, while verifying the Hoverplane project with the engineering staff of BP's R&D establishment at Sunbury said.

"It's quite clear that Cramp is a man of advanced vision and has come up with an extremely interesting idea about which he clearly knows more than I and I have no hesitation in endorsing investigation with a fully manned test vehicle."

Again in 1982, when BP and sponsors were seeking verification of Cramp's work, proffessor Howe, at Cranfield Aeronautical College said

"Will it fly? of course it will"

More recently in 2000 a world leading design engineer publicly declared that.

"costing a mere fraction of a comparable helicopter only one version of cramps Hoverplane Workhorse would have been capable of rescuing over two hundred desperate African flood victims"
